Antoni Milambo Injury: Surgery successful

Milambo (knee) has received successful knee surgery, according to his club. "I've just seen Antoni around an hour ago, he's on crutches but looks good. The operation went well, so we'll look after Antoni and make sure he gets up to speed, and really integrate him into the football club, which we're big on."

Milambo has received his surgery and it has gone successfully, with the midfielder now on crutches before his recovery starts. The good news is he has no setbacks right after surgery and should begin his recovery as soon as the club deems he is fit enough. He is set for a long recovery period, likely not returning until the start of next season, in a battle to be fit for the start of the next campaign.
