Brian Anunga News: Receives red card Sunday

Anunga was sent off with a straight red card during Sunday's matchup versus Charlotte.

Anunga had a card changed by VAR review, ending his participation in the weekend's clash after 70 minutes of play. He'll be suspended for the upcoming visit to Portland Timbers, where his place could be taken by Stiven Jimenez or, if fit, Yuya Kubo (ankle). After that, the next chance for Anunga to play will be an Aug. 23 game versus New York City FC.
