Carl Starfelt Injury: Out for time being
Starfelt underwent further examinations on Tuesday that confirmed a grade I rupture in his left femoral biceps and is out for the time being, the club announced.
Starfelt suffered a grade I rupture in his left femoral biceps and will likely miss several weeks to recover from the issue. The timeline for those types of injuries is usually between two weeks and one month but can be longer if the recovery does not go as planned. Starfelt is a regular starter in the back three of Celta Vigo, therefore his absence will force a change in the starting XI, with Yoel Lago likely taking a larger role for the Celeste.
