Clinton Mata News: Inks contract extension

Mata has signed a contract extension with Lyon until 2028, the club announced.

Mata arrived in Lyon in 2023 from Club Brugge and quickly became a key player in OL's defense. Over the last two seasons, he made 73 appearances across all competitions and scored two goals. Mata is expected to remain the leader of the defense heading into the 2025/26 season.
