Palmer (groin) will be out six more weeks due to injury, coach Enzo Maresca said in the press conference, according to Football London. "I was wrong [about Palmer]. Unfortunately he needs to be out for six more weeks. We try to protect Cole as much as we can. The most important thing is when he comes back, he is fully fit. The medical staff are not magicians. We hope six weeks are enough. We need to see it step by step. For sure, he's going to be okay."

Palmer will need more time to recover from the groin injury that has kept him out of the last three games across all competitions for the Blues. The playmaker is expected to miss at least six more weeks and will hope to be back for the clash against Barcelona in the Champions League on Nov. 25. Until he returns, Estevao is expected to have a larger role in the frontline.
