Cole Palmer Injury: Receives positive update
Palmer (groin) has undergone scans that have not revealed anything serious and appears to be in a better spot than expected, according to Simon Phillips of Talk Chelsea.
Palmer was absent from the club's second match of the season after suffering a groin injury in training, but Tuesday's scans were positive. While the injury seems minor, there's still a decent chance he isn't ready to start Saturday against Fulham, likely pointing to another start for Estevao. It also seems likely Palmer will rest over the break, meaning he could be close to 100 percent for the Sept. 13 contest.
