Curtis Jones Injury: Picks up knock
Jones was forced off with an apparent injury during Saturday's 3-2 loss to Aston Villa and will need to be assessed, coach Arne Slot said in a press conference. "We have to wait and see. He asked to be taken off but he walked off instead of needing a lot of treatment, so I have to wait and see. There are a lot of games, in three or four days there is another one."
Jones picked up the injury during the second half, and was brought off for Rio Ngumoha. It was Jones' second start in a row in holding midfield, and another decent appearance. He's been in and out of the starting XI, but with Liverpool struggling Jones seems to have earned a run in the starting XI, especially with Ryan Gravenberch injured.
