Daniel Arcila Injury: Out for final Apertura weeks

Arcila will remain unavailable for the rest of the year due to a tear in the rectus femoris, Ezequiel Gasca of Pagina Central reported Sunday.

Arcila had resumed training after overcoming a prior injury but ended up relapsing into muscular issues. The midfielder managed to make seven appearances in his first Liga MX campaign, scoring once from 12 shots (three on goal) over that period. He'll be excluded from the closing stages of the tournament, so all of James Rodriguez, Jordi Cortizo and Fernando Beltran should have increased playing time and set pieces.
