Donovan Leon News: Receives upgraded suspension

Leon is set to be suspended for two games after receiving a straight red card in the 45th minute of Saturday's match against Nice, the league announced.

Leon saw a red card in the club's second match of the season, being sent off just before halftime. The starting goalkeeper of AJA has seen his suspension upgraded by the league and will therefore miss the next two games against Nantes on Saturday and Monaco on Sept. 14 after the international break. This decision is a big blow for Auxerre since Leon is the undisputed starter between the posts and his absence will force a change, with Theo De Percin wearing the gloves while he is out.
