Bove will have to keep an ICD because the cause of his heart incident hasn't been found despite multiple tests, which disqualifies him from playing Italy, Corriere dello Sport informed.

Bove could be given the green light to return to action in countries that have different guidelines, as has been the case for Christian Eriksen, who went through something similar, but he has been focusing recovery in the last few months. He's technically under contract with Roma since he was on loan at Fiorentina. He'll be let go once he decides to be back on the pitch and finds a team, but, while he's in good health, he's ways away from that.
