Eliesse Ben Seghir News: Signs with Leverkusen
Ben Seghir has signed a contract with Bayer Leverkusen until 2030, joining on a permanent move from Monaco, his new club announced. "Eliesse is a first-class technician, inventive and clever in his dribbling, and with precise, open-ended passing. He will give our offense an additional boost," said sporting director Simon Rolfes.
Ben Seghir is leaving the Diagonale after spending three seasons with the club, scoring 12 goals in Ligue 1 and two in the Champions League. The attacking midfielder will now discover the Bundesliga with Leverkusen and compete for a starting role in the frontline under new coach Erik ten Hag. The Moroccan has made 11 appearances for his country and scored three goals.
