Emiliano Buendia Injury: Not available

Buendia (ankle) is not an option for Saturday's match against Liverpool but is recovering quicker than expected, according to manager Unai Emery. "He is not available for tomorrow, but the injury he has is going well. I think with a few days more, he can be fit and available for the next matches, hopefully."

Buendia is still not an option from his injury but at least seems to be recovering well, with the attacker only expected to be out a few more days and be fit soon. That said, the midfielder could return ahead of the international break, a good sign after starting in their past two games. Evann Guessand is likely to be added to the starting XI in his place until Buendia is fit again.
