Endrick is continuing his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury and was spotted training with the ball on Monday, although he was still wearing running shoes, suggesting he remains far from making his return to competition. His absence will allow Gonzalo Garcia to keep the bigger role he had in the Club World Cup at the start of the 2025/26 season under new coach Xabi Alonso.
