Ferland Mendy Injury: Makes squad list

Mendy (quadriceps) is in the squad list for Wednesday's clash against Juventus in the Champions League, the club posted.

Mendy makes the squad list for the first time since March after recovering from a long-term quadriceps injury. The left back trained normally with the team this week and has fully recovered. That said, with Alvaro Carreras performing well and Fran Garcia also in the mix, it remains to be seen what role the Frenchman will hold under coach Xabi Alonso.
