Ferland Mendy Injury: Won't face Osasuna

Mendy (quadriceps) is still in his rehabilitation process and is not an option for Tuesday's match against Osasuna, according to his club.

Mendy will not make the call for the season opener, as the defender has not recovered from his injury, and he is still working on a return in training. That said, the club will be without their left-back, likely giving new addition Alvaro Carreras the start on the left flank of the defense. He will probably see a return soon, with him working on his return already, hopefully not missing too much time to begin the campaign.
