Mastantuono is returning to Madrid to rehab after aggravating a muscular issue he picked up against Villarreal. The midfielder has immediately played with Madrid, starting four of the last five matches. If he can't go for the first match after the break, an Oct. 19 trip to Getafe, Rodrygo could take on a larger role.
