Gabriel Injury: Still not ready for action

Gabriel (hamstring) is not going to play in Wednesday's friendly, according to manager Mikel Arteta. "With the rest, everybody's going to be okay, apart from Big Gabi."

Gabriel is still on the mend from his hamstring injury and will wait yet another offseason match for his return, not ready to face Tottenham on Wednesday. With three weeks until the season, this is starting to get a bit more concerning for the regular starter in the defense. That said, it does still appear he will see the field in a friendly ahead of the season unless he endures a setback.
