Gabriel Jesus Injury: Recovery process continues

Jesus (knee) continues to work his way back from injury but is not ready to return to action yet, manager Mikel Arteta told media during Friday's pre-match press conference. "Gabi is doing super well. I think he looks in a really good place. Obviously, it's a massive injury, and we need to come from that in a really strong way, but certainly he's in the right place and making very strong strides."

There's no word on when Jesus will be ready to return to action, but he's several weeks away from returning to action even in a best-case scenario. Even when he's fit to return, Jesus will likely operate as one of the backup options behind Viktor Gyokeres, so he shouldn't carry a ton of fantasy upside in the near future.
