Gabriel Martinelli Injury: Set for assessment

Martinelli is set for assessment after feeling discomfort at the end of Sunday's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, according to manager Mikel Arteta. "We have to check that one, he was a bit uncomfortable, he said he felt something. We don't know whether it's a muscular issue or not, so tomorrow we'll have more news."

Martinelli only entered the field in the 66th minute as a substitute but appears to have suffered an injury, with the attacer admitting to feeling some pain at the end of the game. This will leave him hor assessment in the following days to ensure nothing major has taken place. He has earned more of a rotational role this season, although they will hope he can remain fit to keep around for depth purposes.
