Raspadori set up Marcos Llorente for Atleti's first goal at the end of the second half, and came close to a goal himself. The forward was excellent throughout the match and caused issues for the Liverpool backline repeatedly. This was an odd match for Atleti, who rarely are pushed into playing on the front foot, though two early Liverpool goals changed the complexion of the match.
