Igor Jesus Injury: Season over

Igor Jesus (knee) is done for the season due to a torn ACL, the club announced.

Igor Jesus suffered the injury during Saturday's one-all draw with Dallas. There was immediate fear for a serious injury and now the worst fears are confirmed. He finishes his first MLS season with 24 appearances (22 starts) and one assist, mostly playing a deeper-lying role in a three-man midfield. Mathieu Choiniere should be a consistent starter for the remainder of the season.
