Varela has been sent on loan to Mirandes from Atheltic, according to hsi parent club.

Varela is going ot be sent on loan for the season, remaining in Spain as he heads to the second tier with Mirandes. He still has yet to appear with the Atheltic first team in his career and will hope for his chance following the loan, although that will likely depend on his performance.
