Inaki Pena News: Inks extension, loaned to Elche

Pena has signed a contract extension with Barcelona until 2029 and has been loaned to Elche for the 2025/26 season, his parent club announced.

Pena will remain in Spain for the season, but away from Barcelona after his loan to Elche was completed. This comes as a good move for both parties, as he was not set to see any time for Barcelona, while Elche may gain a starter. That said, Pena will look to push for the starting spot with Elche, competing with Matias Dituro for time.
