Isaac Schmidt News: Joining Bremen on loan

Schmidt has joined Werder Bremen from Leeds United on a season-long loan deal, his parent club announced Thursday.

Schmidt wasn't expected to see regular minutes for Leeds United this season. The 25-year-old defender, who made 12 appearances off the bench for Leeds in 2024/25, will add depth to a Bremen side that has struggled with injuries on the defensive side of the ball early in this campaign.
