Fresneda was forced off in the 15th minute of Saturday's 2-0 win over Alverca due to an ankle injury, according to manager Rui Borges, per Diego Lagos Reis of Bola Na Rede. "I know you had a small sprain. I still don't know the severity, I believe it's not very big. May it be quick to come back."

Fresneda was forced off quickly in Saturday's contest, as the defender needed to be removed due to an ankle sprain. This will be something to monitor for the club, as he is their starting right-back and is expected to miss time due to his injury. That said, if he does miss at least one match, Georgios Vagiannidis, Eduardo Quaresma and Geny are possible replacements on the right side of the defense.
