Jakub Jankto News: Retires from football

Jankto announced on his social media pages that he's hanging up his cleats at 29 years old.

Jankto was part of the Cagliari squad last season but didn't log a single minute. He indicated that he struggled to overcome a severe ankle injury. He also played for Getafe, Sampdoria and Udinese, among others, earlier in his career. His contract had run out in June and wasn't re-upped.
