Jesus Alberto Angulo News: Substitute option Wednesday

Angulo (knee) is on the bench for Wednesday's visit to Guadalajara.

Angulo should be able to play a few minutes if required in the pending week one matchup, with his return increasing the competition for Jesus Garza and the current starter Marco Farfan at left-back. The 27-year-old defender hasn't made an official appearance since May 17, before which he was an immovable member of the Tigers' back line, averaging 3.4 clearances and 1.7 tackles per game last season.
