Gauci has returned to Aston Villa from his loan with Barnsley.

Gauci is back with his parent club after the year on loan, serving in League One with Barnsley. He would only see a minimal role with nine appearances, not seeing much time while on loan. He will likely see another loan or a backup role in the 2025/26 season, still on contract until 2028.
