Joey Veerman News: Creative spark in midfield

Veerman scored one goal and provided two assists in three Eredivisie games so far this season, settling in as a key player in the midfield again for PSV Eindhoven.

Veerman decided to remain with PSV Eindhoven this summer despite interest from several Premier League and European clubs and will again be the key figure in PSV's midfield. The creative midfielder has already contributed to three goals in three league games, starting the season in the same form he ended the last. Veerman registered three assists in eight Champions League games last season and will look to do as well this season, beginning on Tuesday against Union Saint Gilloise.
