McCarthy had three saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-1 loss versus Columbus Crew.

McCarthy conceded three goals in Saturday's season finale, his first start since being traded to New York in August. It was a somewhat meaningless game for the Red Bulls and it meant a lot to Columbus, so the result is not that surprising. He will hope to have a bigger role next season.
