Alvarez is dealing with knee discomfort that made him miss Wednesday's clash against Liverpool. The forward still need to be assessed regarding his sensations before being cleared to be part of the match squad for Sunday's clash against Mallorca. That said, if Alvarez needs to miss the game, Antoine Griezmann will be the one replacing him in the frontline for the Colchoneros.
