Kerwin Vargas News: Scores goal, sets up another

Vargas scored one goal and assisted once from two shots and three chances created in Saturday's 2-0 victory against Philadelphia Union.

Vargas was one of Charlotte's best players in this win and was directly involved in the team's two goals. He set up the opener with a low cross that was tapped home by Wilfried Zaha (suspension), and then doubled the team's lead with a fierce shot from inside the box. Vargas ends the regular season with six goals and three assists across 34 appearances (19 starts).
