Kelsy's first half goal and second half penalty conversion nearly brought Portland back from the brink Saturday. However, the forward's sixth and seventh goals of the season came in vain as Portland fell in a 3-2 loss to Cincinnati. Kelsy's inclusion in the starting XI Saturday was his first after being used as a substitute in Portland's three preceding fixtures.
