Leonardo Campana News: Scores opener in win

Campana scored a goal off six shots (two on target), created one chance and was shown a yellow card during Saturday's 2-0 win over D.C. United.

Campana used a very well-placed header to open the scoring just past the hour mark and could've added more goals to his tally if it wasn't for some lack of accuracy in front of the net in a couple of clear opportunities he had. That's now five goals over 18 league appearances this year for the forward, who is expected to do more as a full-time starter after being a backup last year with Miami.
