Lucas Perri Injury: Picks up training injury

Perri has sustained an injury during training and is now in question for Saturday's match against Fulham, according to Joe Donnohue of Four Four Two.

Perri could leave the club without their starter to begin the season Saturday, as the goalie went down with an injury in training, with the severity yet to be revealed. That said, the club will now be looking at backup options to secure the goalie spot if he misses out, with Illan Meslier as his likely replacement. The club will still hope for the best from Perri's scans, possibly making the call if minor issues are all he is dealing with.
