Mamadou Sangare News: Signs with Lens

Sangare has completed a transfer to Lens from Rapid Vienna, according to his new club.

Sangare is remaining in Europe for the next stage of his career, with the African switching from Austria to France with Lens. He has made 17 appearances since going professional, also seeing six selections with Mali. That said, the 23-year-old did earn nine goals in six games during the second half of last campaign with Vienna, showing he does have some promise, possibly working into a starting role if he can show the same talent with his new team.
