Marc Guehi Injury: Suffers groin issue
Guehi has suffered a groin issue in the first half of Saturday's 2-0 win over Andorra and was forced off in the 76th minute for that reason, coach Thomas Tuchel said in a press conference, according to Dom Smith from The Standard. "He said at half-time [that] he felt his groin."
Guehi felt his hamstring during the first half of Saturday's victory against Andorra and continued playing until the 76th minute before being forced off. The center-back is doubtful for Tuesday's clash against Serbia and the medical staff will likely avoid taking any risks to aggravate the issue before Guehi returns to Palace. That said, if he has to miss some time to recover, Nathaniel Clyne or newcomer Jaydee Canvot could see increased playing time in the back three.
