Marvin Pieringer Injury: Likely for September return

Pieringer (ankle) is expected to miss around another month of action and return in September, according to Kicker.

Pieringer welcomed the offseason by receiving surgery on his ankle and is still recovering from he issue, set to miss at least another month. This is a tough break for the attacker, who will miss the beginning of the season, likely to return after the first break of the season in September. He is their forward, so this will force a change until he is fit, with Budu Zivzivadze as his likely replacement and Leo Scienza possibly also making some appearances.
