Matthias Ginter News: Makes seven clearances in loss

Ginter recorded one shot (one on goal) and seven clearances in Saturday's 3-1 defeat to FC Augsburg. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 51st minute.

Ginter led Freiburg in clearances on defense, but couldn't help them avoid the loss at home. The centerback also made the most interceptions (three) and won the most aerials (nine) and duels (11) for his side. He did receive his first yellow card in the proccess, though.
