Chanot is deciding to walk away from the game he loves dearly after he was unable to recover from a head injury that plagued his 2025 season. He completes his career as with a great tenure across the MLS while helping NYCFC to a few trophies, not to mention he made a good name for himself on the Luxemborg national team. His career ends with 425 appearances, bagging 17 goals and seven assist in that time.
