Merlin Rohl News: Back in training

Rohl (neck) returned to training, Freiburg announced Thursday.

Rohl is working his way back from a neck issue that kept him out from the opening portion of pre-season. The midfielder should be fit for the final pre-season friendly, and is expected to go in the opener against Augsburg. Rohl took a bit of a step back last season, but is expected to compete for a sizeable role in his third senior campaign in the top flight.
