Mohammed Amoura Injury: Late call against Heidenheim

Amoura (thigh) will be a late call for Saturday's season opener against Heidenheim, coach Paul Simonis said in the press conference. "With Mo, it's going to be a bit of a race against time. He trained today and showed no reaction, and if he can train to the same extent tomorrow, then he will also accompany us to Heidenheim."

Amoura has been dealing with some thigh problems but trained on Thursday morning with the squad and showed no reation. The forward will likely be assessed after Friday's final training session to know if he can be part of the matchsquad.
