Ngal'ayel Mukau Injury: Suffers foot injury

Makau has suffered a bone bruise to his foot and a sprained ankle, forcing him to miss Saturday's match against Lorient, according to his club.

Makau was stretchered off the field in the club's last contest but has avoided a major injury, with the midfielder only suffering from some minor foot injuries. That said, the club will likely plan for him to recover over the international break, hoping he can be fit to return against Toulouse on Sept. 14.
