Nicolas Ibanez Injury: Ready to play

Ibanez (thigh) returned to practice during the week and could be an option for Saturday's game against America, Ashley Cerda of Once Diario reported Wednesday.

Ibanez is apparently recovered from an injury he suffered in the Leagues Cup on July 29. He's even considered a possible starter for the next league clash, likely along with Angel Correa in the front line. In such case, Edgar Ivan Lopez and Andre-Pierre Gignac will be waiting for a chance to come off the bench in Ibanez's place. The Argentine currently has two goals in as many matches played in the Apertura campaign.
