Noah Okafor Injury: Doubtful for Newcastle

Okafor is doubtful for Saturday's match against Newcastle due to a groin injury, according to manager Daniel Farke, per Graham Smyth of the Yorkshire Evening Post. "He's more or less the only player who came out of Sheffield Wednesday with a few doubts. Spoke about groin problems. More or less the only major doubt."

Okafor is going to need some testing ahead of Saturday's contest, with the forward coming through their midweek Cup match with a groin issue. That said, he will need to pass his testing to be fit, making him a late call. Even if he is fit, a bench spot will be expected, only appearing off the bench this campaign.
