Omar Alderete Injury: Forced off with muscle injury

Alderete was forced off with a muscle injury in Tuesday's 2-0 friendly loss to South Korea, according to Evan Lloyd of Mackem News.

Alderete was out on international duty but is returning to Sunderland injured, with the defender picking up a muscle injury after an early exit from Tuesday's friendly.
