Omar Alderete Injury: In concussion protocol

Alderete is out for Saturday's match against Chelsea due to a concussion, according to manager Regis Le Bris. "Omar is under concussion protocols. We are hoping to have him back for the Everton fixture."

Alderete is hitting the sidelines for at least a week, as the defender has suffered a concussion and will need the week to try to pass testing and return to fitness. The good news is he should make a quick return, as he is eyeing be fit by their match against Everton on Nov. 3. The club will then likely turn to Daniel Ballard and Nordi Mukiele as options in the center of the defense.
