Peio Canales News: Sent on loan

Canales has been sent on loan to Racing Club from Athletic Club, according to his parent club.

Canales is heading out on loan this campaign, but won't leave Spain, instead joining the second tier of Spanish football with Racing Club. This does make sense for the midfielder, as he saw minimal time last season with his two starts in eight appearances, seemingly with no role in the club. He will hope to progress while on loan and return to his parent club with more minutes.
