Rafael Luis News: Loaned to France

Luis has been loaned to Strasbourg from Benfica, according to his new club.

Luis is seeing a move away from Portugal for the season, joining Strasbourg on loan with an option to buy. He has mainly played in the second tier of Portugal, playing 53 games since he was 18. That said, he will have to work into a role with the first team, likely for a reserve spot with his new club as well.
