Roberto Meraz Injury: Sidelined with injury

Meraz has been ruled out for the 2025 Leagues Cup while he recovers from left plantar fasciitis.

Meraz has battled numerous injuries lately, which has prevented him from finding consistency, and for now, he remains without an expected return date. The holding midfielder recorded only 13 minutes of play over the first three Liga MX weeks. All of Jordan Sierra, Jose Joaquin Esquivel, Sebastian Fierro and Alan Torres may see increased time on the field in Meraz's absence.
